"Top Ramen" by The Bul Bey makes the New GetRight Music playlist because its Hip-Hop. Not here to debate what hip-hop is with anyone but I will eventually get around to expressing my definition of what it is. The best way to express what's Hip-Hop to me is to share what I like. Everyone should know by now, no matter what the music genre is, it has to groove me. Hip-Hop has to have groove, too, if it's gonna make #datgetrightmusic playlist. "Top Ramen" has groove and The Bul Bey can flow. Combine that with lyrics I can dig and we got Hip-Hop. What really sets the track off is the soulful singing ending the track that grabs me by fat on my belly.
